Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Manager in McDonough, GA. You will lead a 25–40 person team to deliver strong sales and an excellent guest experience, while owning store performance across operations, budgeting, and community engagement.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, guide Assistant Store Managers and Supervisors, and foster a positive culture with hands-on leadership and visible impact daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising teams of 30 or more employees.
• Strong familiarity with developing budgets and plans to exceed financial expectations.
• Focus on maintaining and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Demonstrated capacity to embrace change and make decisions.
• Experience with hiring and developing staff.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic retail operation and inspire a team of 25–40 to deliver strong sales and guest experience.
• Own store performance including team, financial, and operations.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly team members and lead Assistant Store Managers and Shift Supervisors.
