Job summary

HomeBuys Store Manager position leads the store team to deliver a profitable business plan and execute brand vision in-store, driving profitable sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and Talent Development.

You will analyze performance, forecast, schedule, manage the budget, and coach staff to ensure a best-in-class customer experience while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities, and collaborates with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecasts and schedules to drive profitable sales.
• Manages store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Builds productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing people.
• Coaches performance and provides feedback.
• Teaches and trains to build capabilities.
• Leads the implementation and execution of SOPs and initiatives.
• Implements action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Represents the brand and understands competitors.
• Promotes community involvement.
• Ensures compliance standards are met.
