Job summary

Go! Retail Group in the United States invites an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a busy store.

You will monitor KPIs and sales data, train staff to perform with excellence, and drive customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals. As a strong leader, you will recruit and develop a great team, manage payroll and scheduling, oversee inventory and loss prevention, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience as a retail store manager with sales focus.
• 1+ years of retail experience / management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and drive sales goals.
• Train staff to provide outstanding customer service and adhere to standards.
• Manage staff payroll and schedules, including store payroll budget.
• Performance evaluations and coaching as needed.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, loss prevention and safety.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and active selling environment.
• Work with HR on employee relations and disciplinary issues as needed.
