Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with District Manager to drive alignment and execute strategy.
• Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities and guide store team.
• Conduct store walks with ASMs and DSs to assess opportunities and plan improvements.
• Lead weekly staff meetings to set goals and drive engagement and inclusion.
• Coach and train store management and associates on processes, merchandising, and safety.
• Support pilot programs and new initiatives to improve store operations and turns.
