Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the United States (Cordova, AK) to help lead the Dunkin' team. The role supports the Restaurant Manager in developing crew and shift leaders and delivering great guest experiences while driving profitable sales.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, maintaining a guest-first culture, ensuring proper staffing, following safety and brand standards, and implementing action plans for performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Basic computer skills to operate POS and reports.
• Minimum age 18 years where applicable.
• Basic writing skills for documentation and communications.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in math and financial management for cost and sales tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to meet service goals.
• Maintain safe, clean, and healthy environment per laws and brand standards.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Assist with action plans to meet production, productivity, and guest service goals.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessments to drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and product roll-outs with training.
