Job summary

You'll support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, handle scheduling and cash deposits, and uphold a clean, welcoming environment while pursuing opportunities for growth to store leadership.

Open availability, weekends and holidays are required, and a Food Safety Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends/holidays and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance for deposits.
• Comfortable with cleaning, stocking, and store upkeep.
• Proficient in English and basic math for daily operations.
• Willing to obtain Food Safety Certification if not currently held.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
