Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in West Lafayette, IN who leads from the front, drives performance, and delivers excellent customer service. You will supervise 8–15 teammates, manage operations, open availability, and model hands-on leadership every shift.

You will be responsible for staffing, inventory, banking, and executing company programs while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards; a valid driver’s license and food safety certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store operations and teams in a retail or food service environment.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain one is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead 8–15 employees across all shifts.
• Be available for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean, and maintain the store lot and pumps.
• Coach staff to provide excellent service and promote promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
