Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single location in West Lafayette, IN. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, supported by an 8+ week leadership training program.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards, and manage scheduling to meet business needs while driving growth and training for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and the hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and drive store success through a leadership training program.
