• Oversee store operations and performance, developing store employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent, with career development paths for staff and managers.
• Drive profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
