• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual guidelines.
• Drive sales through customer engagement and loyalty program.
• Assist with inventory, shipments, damages, returns and supplies.
• Participate in recruitment, staffing and retention.
• Support scheduling and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention on shrink and compliance.
• Achieve sales targets through training and motivation of the team.
• Handle cash and ensure adherence to SOPs.
