You will manage labor, optimize inventory, and uphold merchandising standards, ensuring profitability and a positive store atmosphere across the team and customers alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management leading teams.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays; travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team including ASM, shift leads and sales associates.
• Maintain outstanding customer service, merchandising standards and store procedures.
• Promote the store's membership program to drive loyalty and sign-ups.
• Oversee labor, inventory and expenses to boost profitability.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance.
• Keep the store clean, safe and aligned with company guidelines.
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
