lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Los Angeles to lead all aspects of store performance, guest experience, and team development. You will hire, coach, and empower staff to deliver world-class service aligned with our values.

You will drive merchandising, inventory accuracy, and local community engagement while managing budget and labor. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and accountability to ensure an inclusive, safe, and high-performing store

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including experience with retail scheduling and management of labor hours and managing projects or processes
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (nice to have)

Responsabilités

• Lead store leadership and team development
• Drive guest experience on the floor with product education and coaching
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and inventory in line with strategy
• Manage budget, labor planning, and quarterly/seasonal planning
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures
