Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Store Manager to lead overall store performance, deliver world-class guest experiences, and drive people development. You will hire, coach, and manage a diverse team, foster an inclusive culture, and shape store operations, product actions, and community partnerships in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will own budgeting, staffing, merchandising, and local initiatives to ensure quarterly targets and a strong guest connection with the brand.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience (including recruiting, hiring, and holding employees accountable to performance expectations)
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including experience with retail scheduling and management of labor hours and managing projects or processes
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive guest experience on the floor.
• Develop and coach team members; provide feedback and performance management.
• Plan and execute in-store community initiatives and partnerships.
• Manage visual merchandising and product strategy together with VIP guests.
• Oversee store budgeting, labor planning, and P&L in line with targets.
