Windsor Fashions in Natick seeks an Assistant Manager to join the store leadership team. You support the team in driving store productivity, sales, shrink, payroll and expenses, while coaching a high-performing group of Stylists and delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.

You will help find and retain talent, train and develop your team, and ensure daily operations run smoothly with strong communication and adherence to Windsor policies and Visual Guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills for groups and one-on-one.
• Flexible, reliable schedule including opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity, manage payroll and expenses.
• Coach and develop a team of Stylists with feedback and recognition.
• Oversee daily floor operations and customer experience.
• Uphold Windsor policies and merchandising guidelines.
