You will manage staffing, labor costs, budgets, and compliance while fostering inclusion and strong community relationships. Lead planning and execution of merchandising and ops initiatives to keep the store ready every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience and satisfactory performance appraisals as an assistant store leader or in another position at the same pay level or above
• Successful completion of the applicable divisions Leadership Essentials Program
• Bachelor's Degree
• Any experience overseeing financial responsibilities, including budget preparation and management
• 3+ years of retail experience
• 3+ years of experience as an assistant store leader
• Any supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in merchandising and operation initiatives to keep the store customer ready daily
• Identify opportunities, develop action plans, and ensure timely implementation
• Achieve weekly, period, and annual sales, revenue and profit budgets
• Drive costs and shrink control while maximizing department contributions
• Discuss budgets and safety goals with leadership; monitor financial performance
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations and company policies
• Provide feedback and coach direct reports; perform performance reviews
• Promote relationships with community organizations and, if applicable, unions
