Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store staff
• Focus on high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program promotion
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and in-stock products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
• Plan and execute merchandising and marketing initiatives
• Coach and develop employees for retention and advancement
• Monitor store financials and use reports to make improvements
• Oversee cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty rewards programs
