Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company operates Break Time convenience stores and seeks a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver strong customer service in New York. You will oversee daily operations, inventory, banking, and merchandising while driving sales and maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires prior management experience and a willingness to work varied shifts. As a Store Manager, you will train and supervise staff, manage schedules, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to perform math, handle cash, and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and lead the store team in peak hours.
• Oversee daily operations, banking, inventory, and reporting.
• Promote food service, pricing, and promotional merchandising.
• Supervise staff, schedule, train, and evaluate performance.
• Manage store finances, losses, and compliance with policies.
• Lead a positive team culture while complying with regulations.
• Operate store technology, perform shift reports and calculations.
