Break Time Store Managers oversee the performance of an assigned Break Time Convenience Store under MFA Petroleum Company. The role includes recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating employees with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and driving store sales.

Managers are energetic leaders responsible for day-to-day operations, merchandising, team supervision, and adherence to safety and company policies, while ensuring availability across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior management or leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to perform financial duties and maintain store operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and supervise team during peak hours.
• Oversee daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and fuel management.
• Execute marketing programs and merchandising to increase sales.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff; ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of store and equipment.
