Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an energetic Break Time Assistant Manager to help manage daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will coach team members, oversee finances, and promote food service while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, merchandising, and maintaining store conditions, with strong emphasis on teamwork, compliance with regulations, and leveraging technology for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with adequate transportation to/from bank.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well individually and in leading a team.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with accuracy and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and lead store team during peak hours.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and food programs.

Skills

Prior management/leadership experience
