Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
Schedule employees for shifts.
Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
