Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; cash handling and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Ensure planogram compliance and presentation as directed by Store Manager.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
