• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events.
• Ensure the store is properly staffed and opened/closed daily.
• Evaluate operating statements for sales, profitability and inventory trends.
• Review ordering plans and inventory management weekly; manage stock and BSR/cycle counts.
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to established practices and pricing.
