Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States. You will serve customers, educate on product options, and ensure outstanding service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will handle cash, balance tills, and process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend, while guiding staff to meet sales and service goals. Travel within district may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations.
• Ensure professional and helpful customer interactions and resolutions.
• Handle currency and cash, balance cash drawers, and assist with deposits.
• Process transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree timely.
• Other duties as assigned.
