CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Texas region to uphold outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence.

You will educate customers on products, manage cash, and ensure accurate transactions across a range of services including loans and check cashing. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet needs.
Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed.
Answer telephone inquiries and process applications or requests.
Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
Interact with customers using active listening to resolve concerns.
Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer and deposits.
Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
Verify customer information and process transactions per policy.
