Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving and stock organization for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery programs.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
