Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably with store leadership.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the Crocs service model.
• Lead and motivate a team, manage daily retail operations and POS system.
• Oversee stock, pricing, markdowns, and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate tasks with the Store Manager to ensure timely completion.
• Promote loyalty programs and brand initiatives to elevate customer experience.
• Uphold policy compliance, asset protection and inventory controls.
• Act as Crocs brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations.
