Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program or High School Diploma with two years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager and potential relocation.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end operations and pharmacy/store recommendations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and covers for Store Manager as needed.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions for team members.
• Engages customers, resolves complaints, and coaches staff to improve customer experience.
• Analyzes data to drive store improvements and collaborates with external partners.
• Oversees cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and compliance with policies and regulations.
