Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens internship completed.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to relocate for Store Manager promotion, if offered.
• Completion of LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and manages front end operations.
• Leads store team including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and store profitability.
• Analyses financial data and KPIs to drive store improvements.
• Ensures compliance with all laws and company policies.
• Assists Pharmacy during busy periods.
