Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store front end and pharmacy operations; recruit, hire, coach, and discipline.
• Lead store team, ensure merchandising, asset protection, and profitability.
• Analyze data and collaborate with Store Manager to drive store performance.
• Support Pharmacy operations during busy periods as needed.
