Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience leading associates in a large retail environment with sales over $20M annually.
• 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience analyzing customer, market and competitor data to inform decisions and business planning.
• Experience sponsoring the implementation of corporate or local change initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams to ensure friendly, professional and timely service.
• Monitor performance, profitability, and flow-through of store plans and programs.
• Champion asset protection plans to improve safety and security outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe’s business strategy.
• Drive talent recruitment, development, and store-level succession planning.
