Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willingness to embrace company values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency and focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when needed and follow up.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy and collection calls per regulations.
• Explain solutions clearly and ensure customers feel supported.
• Use active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle cash, count deposits, and manage cash drawer per policy.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and participate in required topics.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
