Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district/director when unable to resolve with the customer.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in compliance with regulations.
• Handle currency and cash drawers, balance receipts, and assist with bank deposits as needed.
