Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Mount Pleasant, SC to oversee daily operations and profitability of one or more retail locations including Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store brands. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead store-level operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling proficiency, and the ability to balance cash receipts with sales reports while meeting regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio by presenting options meeting their needs.
• Interact with customers to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate store operations and training to achieve metric targets.
• Assist District Director of Operations with recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
