Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Retail management experience (1+ year).
• Customer service experience (3+ years).
• Cannabis industry experience is highly desirable.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to lead and train staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as needed.
• Oversee Front Desk staff and support phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Assist customers online, by phone, and in person regarding cannabis law and inventory.
• Supervise budtenders and maintain an exceptional customer service environment.
• Assist with training new employees and mentor guidance.
• Manage staff duties during MOD shifts and delegate tasks.
