Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team in our Pennsylvania stores. You will oversee daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring outstanding customer service while driving sales and profitability.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage scheduling, training, and adherence to company policies, while maintaining store presentation and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and store issues when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead training and development of store personnel and supervise day-to-day operations.
• Manage store scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
• Drive customer service excellence and achieve KPIs and sales targets.
