Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily storefront operations and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and enforce company standards in a dynamic, energetic setting.

The role emphasizes team leadership, training, and adherence to policies to deliver exceptional service. You will mentor associates, manage scheduling, control loss prevention, and contribute to a positive store culture while reporting to the Store

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, and coverage when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow up.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Execute store operations directives, safety protocols, and merchandising standards.
• Support inventory counts, price changes, and backroom organization.
