Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lancaster to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee staffing, training, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards to ensure a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.

As a cap expert and team leader, you will mentor associates, resolve issues, manage inventory, and support the Store Manager in meeting KPIs.

• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues.
