Good Day Farm is seeking a Lead to join our management team in Ellisville, MO. This role blends hands-on leadership with strong operational knowledge, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and cannabis education across all touchpoints.

You will train staff, manage daily operations, optimize inventory and cash controls, and drive sales while upholding regulatory standards. Travel to multiple locations may be required to support store leadership and team development.

• Supports daily leadership functions and store maintenance with the management team.

• Manages revenue and sales expectations through clear communication from management to staff.
• Maintains daily huddle notes and shares them with the team.
• Builds relationships with customers and leads to foster a culture of customer service.
• Participates in weekly competitive analysis and champions the business.
• Manages inventory processes and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
• Supports cash handling, closing procedures, and nightly deposits.
• Promotes sales via customer engagement, upselling, and product knowledge development.
• Oversees daily store opening/closing duties and cash management procedures.
• Ensures proper cash flow management and till setting.
• Maintains store upkeep in collaboration with the management team.
• Communicates facility maintenance needs and fixes to leadership.
• Ensures compliance through daily inventory processes, cycle counts, invoicing, and organization.
• Keeps online menus accurate by coordinating information from management.
• Assists in customer order fulfillment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintains inventory organization and knowledge of compliance processes.
• Contributes to in-store Visual Merchandising and guides customer journey points.
• Drives loyalty sign-ups and customer experience initiatives to build value and repeat business.
• Establishes meaningful customer relationships to ensure loyalty.
