Pandora in Farmington, CT is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy sales floor and drive performance at Pandora Westfarms Mall. You will support the Store Manager, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

With at least 2 years in a high-performance selling environment, you’ll coach and motivate sales staff, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards while delivering results and delivering authentic connections with guests.
