Cotton On Group is hiring a part-time Key Holder in Colorado. You will open and close the store, lead the team, and deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions accurately. The role involves inventory tasks, merchandising, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate to drive results as a team.
• Understanding of basic retail principles: sales, stock and service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report unusual activity.
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Interact collaboratively and work as a team toward common goals.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate others.
