Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, maximize donations, and guide a team to deliver excellent customer service while aligning with our mission and values.

You will supervise staff, manage daily tasks, and ensure financial controls, reporting, and community programs are executed effectively, with a focus on employee development and a safe, welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of working with persons with disadvantages and/or disabilities, and barriers to employment.
• Ability to recruit quality individuals.
• Strong conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to ensure efficiency and customer service excellence.
• Supervise and develop store staff; manage personnel needs.
