Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in delivering outstanding customer service while maximizing donations to meet sales and revenue goals. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure programs and safety standards are followed. The role emphasizes community involvement and a supportive work environment.

Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred with 3-5 years of experience in retail management or human services.
