Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to maximize donations and drive sales by leading staff and guiding store operations in alignment with our mission and values.

You will supervise employees, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain a safe, welcoming environment, and contribute to community programs while balancing daily tasks and priorities. Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
