In this role you will focus on operational excellence, talent development, and store compliance. Qualifications include 3–5 years of experience and a bachelor’s or associate degree; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
• Knowledge/expertise in working with persons with disadvantages and/or disabilities, as well as barriers to employment
• Ability to recruit quality individuals
• Strong people management and coaching skills
