Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team, maximize donations, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming store environment focused on customer service and staff satisfaction.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate training, manage performance metrics, and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, while supporting the mission and values of Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop a team in a human-services retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Ensure the retail store runs efficiently and effectively.
• Talent Management: Ensure employees are trained and developed; manage store personnel needs
• Performance & Standards: Ensure financial and business control through reporting and communication.
• Services & Programs: Ensure continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals
