CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead frontline service for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store locations. You will educate customers on the product portfolio, ensure regulatory compliance, and support store operations.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. A high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required, with 1+ year in sales or service

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store management and corporate office when necessary.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales and courtesy calls in compliance with regulations.
• Respond professionally to customers, explaining solutions and ensuring they feel supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and address complaints.
• Handle currency and cash, manage a cash drawer, and assist with deposits or bank pickups.
• Balance end-of-day batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Adhere to federal/state regulations and company procedures; complete trainings timely.
