Job summary

Ross Dress for Less is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise the leadership team, recruit and train Associates, and ensure merchandise moves efficiently from stockroom to sales floor while maintaining company standards.

Daily responsibilities include scheduling, payroll oversight, and maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment with excellent customer service. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to store Associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Store operations to meet Company standards and best practices.
• Staff, train and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Associates.
• Manage Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow and expense control.
• Oversee payroll administration, scheduling and adherence to policies.
