Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive customer experience in our North Carolina location. You will supervise staff, execute sales and training programs, and ensure efficient operations and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to manage shifts and resolve issues with customers and staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead sales strategy to achieve KPIs and extraordinary customer service.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
• Manage inventory and backroom organization; oversee pricing and counts.
• Recruit and train store personnel and ensure policy compliance.
• Open and close the store following SOPs.
