Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for any employee scheduling issues.
• Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs.
• Maintain store technology and equipment by conducting daily audits.
• Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Open and close the store as required.
