Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar-volume apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations and attendance at district meetings.
• Ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Product knowledge, selling, and operational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of top performers and create an excellent customer experience.
• Manage all aspects of store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Hire and train associates to represent the brand.
• Create a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers.
• Report to the District Sales Manager.
• Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans and achieve goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Motivate teams by identifying their strengths.

• Communicate expectations and hold the store team accountable for results.
• Ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met.
• Oversee controllable expenses, including payroll and training, to increase profitability.
• Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes, and other visual merchandising expectations.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts.
• Execute management functions in the absence of the Assistant Manager.
• Schedule employees according to their strengths to maximize productivity.
